So far i have to say 5:5. The vertical post is good, it's about an inch diameter so you're not limited to any one style of weight. I have not loaded it up with plates but it looks like I can throw 250-300pounds on there. And the shipping, I think I fell asleep woke up and it was at my door...ok it took two days, I was supprised. Peace.
