Unique forward slant blocking head with release mechanism allows an individual player to engage, control, drive and power upwards all in the same drill. Teach your defensive linemen and line backers to shed blocks and target the running back. The pad drives in 8", then releases upward, simulating real time game action for your players. The wide base makes this sled track straight and the extended pad allows players to react off the pad and get up field. Adjustable spring tension is on the release mechanism of the sled.
