TPU Cushioning
The Patented cushioning system is the most advanced impact absorption system in the game. TPU Cushioning absorbs impact more consistently across a wider range of temperatures than traditional foam padding and other padding systems-whose performance deteriorates in temperature extremes. TPU Cushioning gives you better impact absorption, better heat management and better hygienics.
Mechanically Attached TPU
No more tape. No more hook and look to mess with. The TPU is no attached mechanically. Not only does this hold the TPU securely in place it also allows us to put thicker TPU Cushions in the helmet, increasing impact absorption significantly.
Surefit Ventilated Air Liner
The comfort of a SUREFIT liner with added ventilation-to make it even more lightweight. Get the precise custom fit you demand with increased air flow and lighter weight.
Large Standoff Shell
A helmet's standoff is the space between the player's head and the helmet shell. Large standoff helmets allows for thicker TPU Cushioning to be inserted which means greater impact absorption and better performance. All Schutt helmets except the AiR XP family of helmets are large standoff helmets.
Standard Accessories
The Youth DNA Pro+ comes standard with: Youth Soft Cup Chin Strap and 1 1/8" AiR Maxx TPU Jaw Pads.

I bought this helmet for my 9 year old son and he loved it!!! The fit is perfect. He has used it for 2 years. The only negative is the weight. Very heavy helmet but for the protection he doesn't mind the weight.
