The 3-layer construction consists of a stretch windproof/water resistant outer shell of 88% polyester/12% spandex bonded to an 8.1 oz. anti-pilling micro fleece lining, with a breathable laminated film insert in between. Features a chest and front zippered pockets with zipper garage and fleece lined chin guard. Open bottom and elastic-bound cuffs.

The Jacket is well made and does as advertised. It is windproof and rain resistant but not waterproof. It does repel the rain in a light shower. It is comfortable and has plenty of room to wear a sweatshirt underneath on chilly windy days in the forties. I bought this for windy chilly days on the Golf Course and it performs as expected. Great for every day wear.
