My sons love these girdles! No need to put on knee pads into the football pants anymore. Pads on the girdle are light weight but still provide sufficient protection.

These pads are true fit and my teenage boys love the girdle. They said it's very comfortable and the pads fit accurately over the knee caps. My youngest plays corner back and he mentioned they're even comfortable when running and playing in extreme heat. Then, my oldest plays defensive line and he raved how the girdle is easy to maneuver in and he didn't feel any discomfort. They both highly recommend this product and the padded protection is a A+++.
