Overall, our son loves them and is glad that he has gotten them. However, the stitching on the velcro around the wrists began to come out very quickly. After just 2 weeks of use, it was coming out and needed to be re-sewn and reinforced. He loves the use and the fit. Thankfully, I know how to sew! Maybe it's just the hard use on the football field in rain, etc.
